It’s Time To Get Social

Like the video says at the end, “Get connected. Get social. Meet your customer base. It’s time for companies to embrace social media.”

Transcript:

Narrator: So you’re running your own business and everything is going great, I mean really super great, but then an angry blogger decides to write something terrible about your company. Next thing you know a whole bunch of bloggers are saying the exact same thing. You could try hiding from social media. . . Yeah like that’s really going to work. . . Or maybe you’re thinking that you can just send out the lawyers and have them take care of everything. That will lead to complete and total disaster. With a little planning you can use social media channels to everyone. If you reach out to your customer base on a human level and speak to them in a real genuine human voice, suddenly business will be booming again.
