Latin American Internet Usage Country-By-Country

I am fascinated in how successful Abraham Harrison has been in our blogger outreach and digital PR campaigns in Latin America, including the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking worlds of Central America, South America, Brazil, and Mexico.  While my team is all over this sort of data, I was curious to take a closer look so I popped over to Internet World Stats and there’s some amazing stats on growth and penetration.  With a total combined population of over half-a-billion (~569,212,811), Latin America — including Mexico and Brazil — has an Internet penetration of 30.7 % or 174,928,796 Internet users, which is a growth of 883.1 % since 2000.  That’s a lot of opportunity if you ask me! Information via Internet World Stats
