Sometimes it’s good to take a breather, so today I’m sharing a twitter limerick I wrote with all of you.
There is a service called twitter
A place to shine and to glitter
And in one forty letters
Prove that you’re better
To all of the bloggers so bitter
Well. . . I’m not completely sure that twitter is “better” than blogging, but brevity certainly reaches more people. Very few are willing to take the time to read an entire article, but 140 characters here and there is just the thing. I think that in 5 years there will be more minimalistic post sites built on software like StatusNet (formerly laconica) than there are blogging sites now.
What do you think? (Limericks of your own are welcome)

Laconica has rebranded? Renamed?
Well… ok it is cute, but I would not give up your day job. ~smiles~
Now what I would like to hear is your opinion on Sidewiki. Could there by a good marketing value to using such. What would you change to make it worth the effort in promoting use.
I have my opinion, and will submit if you tackle this thought.

Heidi-Ann, do you always make introductions via backhanded insults? It’s rather unbecoming behavior and does not score you any points. You see, I am now focused on the insult rather than the discussion you’re trying to foster.
Two tips for when you’re reaching out to bloggers:
1) Insults stick around online forever and so are never forgotten. Leave them out of your correspondence if you want to foster a relationship of open communication.
2) Double check everything you post to make sure that you’re not in violation of tip #1.
Well I said it was cute!
No insult was really intended. My my dear one… slightly touchy~smiles~
Hmm Have been called a “B” a few time though.
Yet sometime my sense of humor has been taken wrong.
