Adam Penenberg of Fast Company is spreading the word about the new facebook app, Viral Loop. He says,
[Viral Loop] tells you what you are worth—in dollars—to Facebook, based on your level of activity, the activity level of your friends, your influence, all of this combined with Facebook’s current valuation. What’s more, the app can also tell you what your friends are worth.
That’s really useful even if you can’t turn those connections into money directly. It’s a perfect way to see how effective you are on facebook.

Since I have well over 4,000 friends, the app spent the entire time I was in the shower just sitting there — I wasn’t sure if it stalled out or whatever, but it didn’t work for me.
Didn’t work for me either with about 900.
Left it trying to do stuff for an hour while I went for lunch & nadda happening.
I’ll have to let the app developer know. Worked for me with about 800.
