We are in a transition period in history. There are still many people running businesses who don't understand the Internet and its role in business. Imagine someone waking up from a 30 year nap and seeing computers on every desk in an office?

In the next 5 to 10 years the role of the Internet will become more apparent to those who resist being "social" on the web for customer engagement. It will be the norm.

Thanks for writing about my book. I hope you enjoy it. I welcome your comments.
