As I straddle that fence both in print, online-- editorially and doing some marketing, it&#039;s important to be aware of what&#039;s going on and realize that the blogosphere or the web  has rules that should be applied to it that  are applied to TV, radio and print -- and that&#039;s some journalistic and advertising integrity about what you do and what you stand for. 

The description of a bar  situation is an extremely apt metaphor and one that anyone would understand that just because you buy a girl a drink, doesn&#039;t mean she&#039;s going home with you.</description>
