Don't play triviaonnet.com! I deposited $200 with them last fall. I have been trying to get my $200 back (my account is now over $300, but all I want is my original deposit) and I have gotten nothing but the runaround and misinformation. They promised to pay me out months ago, but I have received nothing. Messages to sam@triviaonnet.com just bounce back and now support doesn't reply to messages. In addition, the questions continually repeat; the game is not fun or fair. This is a scam, stay away.

Dear Anna,

First of all I’d like to thank you for making TriviaOnNet.com your preferred source of entertainment and knowledge on the Internet.

TriviaOnNet.com is powered by Trivya, the world leader in online trivia games and entertainment. At TriviaOnNet.com we aspire to provide the best possible service to thousands of cash and non-cash playing customers from all across the world.

We process hundreds of transactions a day to a variety of customers using an assortment of payment methods, and collect various documents from our players as we continually improve and streamline our procedures.

Concerning withdrawals, at TriviaOnNet.com we have instituted a process of ID verification that allows us to make sure we send the money to the right person.

Keeping in compliance with federal and state regulations, we require our customers to produce proof of ID much in the same way you would be required to do when purchasing something at the mall, or at a convenience store.

The policies we implement in our site are designed to protect both our customers as well as TriviaOnNet.com, and are completely in line with the industry standard & widely practiced in many real-cash game sites.

Finally, I would like to provide you with a free entry to a special event of your choosing.

Please email me at sam@triviaonnet.com with your TriviaOnNet.com username and I will personally take care of it.

Sincerely,
Sam

Hi how are you? I recently became a member of triviaonnet.com. I am a little concerned about the fact that for first time withdrawals, they ask you to send them a copy of a picture ID, such as a license or passport, as well as a proof of address, such as a bank statement or bill. Isn't that too much to ask for? Isn't having your paypal account enough? I've never come across anything like this. I just don't want to get into a risky situation with identity theft. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ana

Glad to see you are enjoying the Trivya service. I'm with you that I appreciate that you don't get the same question over and over. I'd hate that.
