I am a little concerned about the fact that for first time withdrawals, they ask you to send them a copy of a picture ID, such as a license or passport, as well as a proof of address, such as a bank statement or bill. Isn't that too much to ask for? Isn't having your paypal account enough? I've never come across anything like this. I just don't want to get into a risky situation with identity theft.
