It is so true. As much as we talk about technology and the internet changing the way goods are sold, information is shared, and all the many other exciting options it is the telecommuting and its potential to change the landscape of how so many companies work. It allows you to work for someone you want to irrespective of where they are located and at the same time continue to exist and interact with your community that you live in.
Your work dictated by your life. Not your life dictated by your work. So, where ever I go my work can go to. It is true that this has its pitfalls - never being disconnected from work - but it allows such freedom and flexibility.
Now, if we could only get our health insurance to be unconnected from our work and we may just be an inch closer to the 21st century.
Freedom to work!
