In a follow-up to Vanity Advertising on PayPerPost is Addicting, I have given vanity advertising on PayPerPost another go! Yes, I am buying my friends. The only thing, as an advertiser on PayPerPost, I have fun, like always. So, when I asked 30 of my fellow Posties to blog about Marketing Conversation, I gave them a mighty long leash.

The first request was called “New Marketing Blog Needs Reviews” and was written thusly, “I would love you to just take a look at my New Marketing blog, Marketing Conversation. Just make sure you link to the blog — after that, you can review the new blog with as much flexibility, freedom, and creativity as you like. Have fun, look around, and enjoy!”

The second request, for 14 posts, was called “Visit and Review My New Online Marketing Blog” and went, “We just launched a new marketing, new PR, SEO, and web 2.0 blog and would love you to come buy, check it out, write a review, and tell your readers all about it. Feel free to comment, criticize, and flex your creative, playful, and journalistic muscle. You are even welcome to have some fun at our expense. I hope you have fun with this.”

So, I just bought my friends, I didn’t coerce any of my friends — check out the reviews! Some folks hate the look and feel, others hate my aesthetic, and some don’t like the way I organize things.

The rich assortment of PayPerPost bloggers who have heralded the coming of Marketing Conversation — vanity advertising on PayPerPost is addicting!
