Taken from the back pages of fashion mags’ “What’s in your Purse,” the grassroots meme on Flickr is not only exploding messenger bags all over the world, but “hotspots” allow Flickrers to not only show you what’s in their bags, but also tell you, “this is my iPod, this is my PowerBook, and this is my $500 fountain pen“ (okay, they do tend to be hipsters). And the secret incantation is either whatsinmybag or whatsinyourbag — or both!
