Marketing strategies such as buzz marketing, guerilla marketing, and viral marketing are more targeted than traditional marketing strategies and are radically changing the advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional landscape.
According to an article entitled Guerilla Marketing Grows Up, “companies are considering guerrilla for larger percentages of their [marketing] spend” with the caveat that “the trick will be for marketers to keep their edge as guerilla marketing becomes more commonplace, and less surprising.”
